'Home' icon on Discourse top bar

In response to feedback we received during the Discourse AMA 2 weeks ago, I’ve added a small :home: home icon to the top bar, to make it clearer how to get back to the ‘top level’ of Discourse.

The ‘digitalhealth networks’ logo to the left of the home icon also functions as a home icon, but it is not very clear that this is the case.

Why not fuse the icons to make it a bit tidier?

When you say fuse them, do you mean make them closer together? I can do that, yes.

I meant make them a single icon, but moving them closer together would be easier and just as effective.
