Thanks for posting that article Nathan, I hadn’t seen it. Great project. Can anyone in this forum tell me if they’re working on something similar in their hospital? @eduddy have you heard of other initiatives? The idea of a ‘welcome’ app fires up every now and then for different reasons here at Auckland. Whether to provide wayfinding or carparking help, language translation, wait time info, process guidance etc etc. I think it’d be great to have something for planned and acute visits, but (a) we don’t want to reinvent the wheel (b) we want to be sure we’re solving the right problems in the right order.
