You can now happily reply to any eHealth Forum notification by email, and it should work flawlessly.
This was a significant problem, which has now been resolved. Thank you so much @Srgurr for reporting it!
If you have replied by email to the eHealth Forum since 1 Oct, I’m afraid that it hasn’t gotten through. They will still be in your sent email folder, however. If you forward these to me at nathankershaw@gmail.com I will import them into the eHealth Forum with the correct details.
