Thanks to everyone who watched today, for anyone who missed the live webinar you will be able to view it on-demand using the same link later today.
Some of the questions we didn’t get time for:

  • Is anyone looking at setting up a centralised Telehealth hub?
  • How have you found implementing and finding “Best Practice” for Telehealth?
  • @chris.rumball For Cortex, has there been any thought into utilising the HL7 FHIR interoperability standard (i.e. FHIR Resources), along with SNOMED CT, for structuring and sharing clinical information between system components?
  • @bev @lisa.livingstone Do you utilise Smartpage for urgent and non urgent communication? Also, Interested why NMDHB went with Smartpage and not Celo?

The link to @chris.rumball full pre-recorded presentation is here

Thanks @RMcBeth for organising the webinar, and to all those who watched and asked questions. In reply to the question about interoperability, Cortex is currently headed down the path of sharing via FHIR resources. Cortex already ingests observations from lab HL7 feeds and transform them to FHIR backed resources for future reuse throughout Cortex. We plan to extend to many other FHIR resources including conditions (problem lists), procedures, alerts, family history, goals… all these FHIR resources will be the backbone of reusing data in many different, fully customisable, patient views. It will also enable inter-operability with external systems.
