For clarity and in the spirit f transparency:

Open Health Hub is a UK Community Interest Company (a non-profit a bit like a charity, but with less paperwork) which I run, and many thanks for namechecking us here (and for your donation @lara). All donations are used to offset the costs of running the server for the https://www.openhealthhub.org/ forum.

The Digital Health Networks are run by Digital Health Intelligence Ltd as a service to the health tech professions - the CCIO Network, Health CIO Network, and many other communities including the NZ Network. Digital Health Networks Ltdis a for-profit company run by @jhoeksma. I am paid for running the https://forum.hinz.org.nz forums.
