Terminz is certainly a sweet place to go to see our unique content in action and to learn a bit about the terminology service FHIR API and ECL at the same time! Your example (also viewable in the SNOMED Browser at https://browser.ihtsdotools.org/?perspective=full&conceptId1=90560007&edition=MAIN/SNOMEDCT-NZ/2022-10-01&release=&languages=en,mi) shows the te reo Māori equivalent consumer/whānau-friendly term for gout - which is mate waikawa kai kōiwi. By the way, comment is very welcome on our consumer friendly terms and te reo subsets as these are further introduced
