Thoughtonomy launches shared marketplace for NHS automation

Thoughtonomy has launched a new ‘shared marketplace’ that will allow NHS trusts to automate processes for free to release staff capacity.

The cloud-based platform can be used by trusts to speed up both front and back-office processes without the need to design and build automation services from scratch.
It includes a range of automated processes that have been configured to access common NHS systems, including System C Medway, Kainos Evolve, electronic referral systems, Lorenzo, SystmOne and EMIS Web.

Very cool! Also, where the Regional RPA program is heading - likely using BluePrism’s Enterprise DX tool. A private, trusted regional exchange will allow us to share bots, encourage reusability and over the long-term, maybe even ‘sanitize’ business OR clinical processes? To be seen.

p.s. some feedback around Thoughtonomy pricing FYI: £18K (NZ$35K) per Digital Worker i.e. an extra £10K (NZ$19K) on top of a single BP licence. Expensive but may be cheaper than implementing across multiple workstations.$ needed for CRAT, hA dispensation, etc.
