This is promising (even if no funding attached to it). What I like; “emphasize the potential use of technology yet prioritizes customer needs over ‘shiny new things’…because digitisation, without a clear goal, can lead to a worse service”. Or as they said, “digitising a broken system gets you a digitised broken system”.
