Thanks @jon_herries and @mary.crowe
That’s great to get an overview of all the innovation projects that are going on. Just to clarify - if we are aware of a project, should we message Mary of the details so she can add it to the list?
Hi @damon
I’ve now created a Microsoft Form for people to add any new projects. But an email is also fine!
Thanks @mary.crowe
I wonder if the permisisons need adjusting as I got this when trying to click your Microsoft Form just now:
Argh, sorry @damon
My bad, it is now open for anyone outside our organisation.
Please try again.
Great, this works now. Thanks.
A lot of fun little projects, but I tend to think the best “innovations” are rows 107 and 120 – in the sense they are projects whose ultimate goal is probably best defined as to generate a single source of rich data on each patient in the health system.
And, further frustrating to see how these are “innovations” projects are necessary because of the fragmented nature of data generation and availability across the inpatient and outpatient health systems.
I wonder if there is a way to display that excellent data in a way that is more accessible than an uploaded spreadsheet. We can’t easily do it in the eHealth Forum natively unfortunately, but that could just be due to me not being very creative.
Can the spreadsheet be shared online in real time, so that people always see the latest version?
There is - a power bi dashboard would be useful I think - just need someone to do it/get to it (feel free to volunteer someone) - I will get to it at some point…
Want to then link that to Mary’s form. I am a little reluctant right now knowing that we will migrate from the MOH O365 to Te Whatu Ora O365 in the coming month or two so don’t want to connect up too much too quick (and then have to re-do it).
Jon
Just posted an updated version in about us.
