Thanks for these resources Ruth. Will take a look at them this afternoon when I’m working on the research proposal for our little group. Looks like we might be able to synchronise the research with other projects on the go.

Absolutely!! Many hands making light work.
We could have a collaborative approach between TLG, members of CLiN, Auckland and Massey University (plus any others) and others from the sector building on the previous TLG surveys and local surveys to run a national survey.

We are about to send out a survey here as part of wider health system redesign on patient experience of using telehealth during covid-19 following the model of the Auckland patient experience surgery of telehealth in mental health (but tweaking). Happy to share questions and results

Hopefully no duplication but synergy… its a local whole of system questionnaire on telehealth being undertaken by our EOC that sits across Civil Defense, Council and the DHB with Economic, Social and Health arms - as a response to the whopping 80% response in some of our rural communities that are saying health is their top priority right now. I’ve left you a voice message
NDHB mental health have commissioned EY todo a piece of research around telehealth in Northland as I am led to understand.
Our PHO has done a survey monkey on COVID impact and Telehealth as part of this . I have permission to share just needing some time to ensure anonymised

Afternoon all - general enquiry on the telehealth spectrum re: therapeutic videos.
Wondering if anyone aware of or come across any documents or guidance notes for clinicians who are recording and then sharing tailor made therapeutic videos? E.g. Stroke group education session, introduction information. Staff recording themselves with generic information from the service to share with clients and whanau coming onto the service; chronic pain management rehabilitation programmes etc.
I have pockets of staff starting this work for different patient cohorts and purposes. Interested to note if anyone has created a ‘guide’ or come across anything equivalent to hand to staff to make suggestions about how to record videos that has been helpful to give to clinicians to support them in starting to design or think through these processes.
Technical nuts and bolts, process maps, platform etc. interesting to note, but we already have some local processes. More keen to hear if anyone has created a general guide to give clinicians a starting place for the way to start to consider putting these together that encapsulates the clinician thought process to work through?
