Would you like to run it out of the eHealth Forum instead? It could save you a significant admin headache, and I suspect that many of those you are looking for are already on here.
It would be relatively straightforward to set up a useful space here to facilitate it. There is already a fair bit of innovation stuff going on here with Te Whatu Ora, as in this Category.
Admittedly, the Forum is a bit weak on is getting events into folk’s calendars for video meetings etc - but we are working on it! There are some very effective workarounds though. Also, I hope to have a new and improved way of doing that sometime early next year.
shall we plan for that in the new year? We’ve only got one more event planned this year
