Talking to Ruth Large and they have set up something at Waikato DHB they are calling the Hauora iHub - where healthcare comes to the consumer. This is a similar approach to the successful Hauora Direct model being implemented in the Nelson Marlborourgh DHB. Some good outcomes here.

So, was this designed with consumer participation? Some efforts by health or illness organisations to provide me with what they think I want, miss the boat altogether.
