SNOMED International’s members, including NZ, have championed the release of a free, fully-formed subset of SNOMED CT that supports International Patient Summary (IPS) FHIR implementations - it’s called the IPS Terminology and you can browse it here

It’s a great survey, well done to team leading this! My main feedback is there is only one value domain with text (‘gender description’). . . each set needs at minimum 1 x value domain with unstructured data as text . . . this is where patient history/narrative is . . . which is referred to in the text of the NZIPS document, so is clearly important, but needs to be innovative and world leading by emphasizing unstructured narrative (even if very character limited).
Here is my feedback, if it helps anyone else consider how their input . . . definitely would love to discuss further.
