Should we keep the eHealth News stuff off the eHealth Forum Latest feed?

We’ve got an (unsophisticated) automated feed from the hinz.org.nz site, which posts about new articles and invites comments. These function as psuedo-comments for eHealth News, and live in eHealth News.

They’ve never really been super popular, but we’ve kept them there as it works reasonably smoothly - and it occasionally kicks off a useful discussion.

However, they do clog up our Latest feed (the default list you see when you visit ehealthforum.nz) a bit. If we hid them, they would still appear in the sidebar as a blue dot when there are new ones, but be a lot less ‘in your face’:

Do you think that we should de-emphasise them, by hiding them from the Latest list?

The post are certainly useful to replicate somehow - and I wouldn’t read ehealthnews as much otherwise. But a blue dot would do the trick
