The University of Wollongong, in collaboration with researchers from the University of Sydney, Macquarie University, the University of Adelaide and Monash University, is running a study focused on the ethical, legal, and social implications of adopting artificial intelligence (particularly machine learning systems) for diagnosis and screening.
The research team are looking for people to take part in this study and interview topics will including the following:
• Regulatory hurdles that are unique to or extraordinary in medical AI
• Current and future frameworks for the regulation of medical AI (e.g., Software as Medical Device)
• Regulatory advancements and challenges in your national or local jurisdiction
