Quality/safety audit platforms - what are you using?

Interested in what you’re using for all the various organisational quality & safety audits (e.g. infection control, patient safety, occ health, etc) and if it’s any good. A quick stock take we’re doing >50 of these across our DHB, on a variety of platforms (mostly variations on Excel).

There’s some off the shelf solutions out there, e.g.:

If you’re using anything like that, keen to hear, and also interested in any DIY solutions that work well.
