It is available digitally (of course!) - and looks like the book I wish I had when I was embarking on my postgrad digital health stuff. And produced in our own backyard. Great stuff Chris!!!
Thanks Nathan, it has been a busy semester! Not sure it is going to get any less busy next semester either as still have to get the paperback version out (amongst other things!)
