Help please @NathanK - my colleague @LMiharsa would like to hit reply and upload a file here, but is told ‘new user cannot upload’ or something similar
It is because she is a brand new user. Discourse puts training wheels on folks for the first 10 minutes as an anti-spam / bad actor strategy. She was sitting on 9 minutes.
I’ve bumped her to trust_level_1 which will enable her to upload at will.
@moderators (like you) can do that manually too (I think) by accessing the admin settings for the user.
