Jon, I take it that you email these widely and manage it off a simple email list. The content would be of interest to all our members - although probably only intermittently for many.

How about I setup an email address at the Discourse end that you can add to that list; it will receive the file and create a Topic automatically. I’m still thinking about how this would best be done.
