I came across this tool someone shared on facebook, part of the original text reads:
“…this is a platform for people in self isolation. People are dying in their homes overseas because their is not enough staff to monitor the health of the sick.
This allows the Ministry to filter people who need the most help.
- SMS is turned off
- Healthpass is also turned off
