Leaving assigned groups

Kia ora!
I originally signed up for this forum on my phone, which didn’t do super well with some of the dropdown menus. As a result, I seem to have been assigned to some groups that are…not quite appropriate. I am not a midwife, and shouldn’t be in the midwifery groups, but I am an interloper somehow. Any ideas on how I can leave those, and make sure I am in more appropriate ones?

Ngā mihi, TIA!

Thanks for asking Cassie! Your question is particularly pertinent in view of your recently posted topic.

I’ve removed you from the midwifery groups.

It wasn’t your fat fingers nor an algorithm; we (probably I) likely inadvertently put you in with the midwives because your name was close to that of another person. Sorry!

Many of the groups can be left, but we haven’t allowed that for our professional groups as they change rarely. If this is a problem for many, we can make them all easily ‘leavable’. When things are working properly, these groups are allocated on the basis of answers to those joining questions.

Thanks for asking - every question here in the #help-feedback Category is super helpful for others and for the eHealth Forum!
