I have created/distributed forms to identify RPA opportunities at Auckland, Waitemata, Counties-Manukau and Northland DHBs - these are specific for each DHB. This will eventually feed into a real-time Northern Region dashboard i.e. so anybody is able to identify where to target RPA, where a regional initiative may be warranted, etc.
NB. I’m conscious process assessment information does contain sensitive data elements (for example, FTE costs), so such data always will be aggregated at DHB level when consumed outside the respective DHB.
