Update: an RPA Intern at ADHB has developed a PoC bot that checks external emails against CheckTLS.com and records compliance. We’re hoping it productionise it in the coming weeks and it can possibly be scaled/configured for Regional or National consumption depending on the source system. This will curtail the manual resource needed, particularly as we see an increase in external emails as the ‘Axe the Fax’ deadline looms.
