I can't see my events in the calendar

I put some HL7 events into the forum events section, and made them events. They appear in the “Site calendar” link but not the “Calendar” view. Did I miss a step?

Ah thank you for the feedback - that seems to be a configuration gitch!!

The events stuff is a little sketchy (is a plugin) so sometimes it isn’t very slick / fast to update (like Microsoft stuff).

I’ll have a go hiding the additional ‘Calendar’ view as that isn’t helpful right now.

Reload the page and should be all good (I turned off that functionality, but the page needs to be refreshed)

Good suggestion! I’ve often thought the same, but haven’t had any squeaky wheels nudging me to do something about it.

We do have it in the main links in the sidebar:

It would be good to give the UI / UX a bit of a spruce up though. There is an alternative plugin I’ve been looking at, which may meet our needs better. Perhaps we could do a trial of it sometime soon.

@eduddy - as the moderator in charge of Public > Events, what do you think?

I was this many years old before I realised there was a calendar link in the sidebar.
