The collaboration has assembled some of the world’s leading thinkers and experts in the various fields of hypertension for an in person and virtual mini-symposium on the 23rd and 24th of October to discuss current challenges and opportunities to improve the effectiveness of hypertension management.

Hypertension, or high blood pressure, remains the number one cause of global human mortality being associated with stroke, heart attack, and heart and kidney failure and is increasing in incidence world-wide. Hypertension is one of the world’s greatest public health challenges and remains a clinical conundrum, being complex and difficult to manage and control.
