Groups on the left sidebar now depreciated - look in the šŸ” menu top right

You can now find your groups via the ā€˜hamburgerā€™ menu (image) in the top right. To see all available groups, you can remove the My Groups filter.

The groups widget that was on the left under the categories was causing a lot of technical headaches. Also, it wasnā€™t being used very much.

Therefore, Iā€™ve depreciated it.

Very open to any suggestions as to how we utilise groups here in the Forum.

They are very useful for membership of CiLN, NAHSTIG, HiNZ-NMI, etc and ensuring appropriate access and notifications.

They also can be useful for private focussed discussions, but this is very much a sideline and hasnā€™t been very successful thusfar.
