Here is one which I think we miss as it isn’t digital, but underpins the way people working in technology work these days:

Cast around a bit on the site there is lots to learn, and if you talk to a designer this is a common framework internationally.

If you’re interested in AI, this pair of articles travel together nicely. As I’m new to the AI space, I’d be interested to hear how others find these.

Some great evidence based ideas in this article for supporting and enabling a strategic approach to change management and digital health tech/process implementation. They aren’t necessarily new ideas but the evidence base helps us to use them and this research in our strategic discussions for the roles and time to support our workforce in digital readiness and capability.

Conclusion
“The diversity showed how older persons cannot be seen as a homogeneous group regarding the use of digital technology. Individual preferences of older persons should be acknowledged by health care professionals and policy makers prior to deciding whether the use of digital technology is preferable, and in which situations. Support and education for older person in using digital technology is essential, as is involving older persons in designing the digital technology that is developed for them to use. Otherwise, older persons may become more dependent on others to manage their everyday life.”
