You will be able to call on your in-depth knowledge of clinical processes and care models to ensure great project outcomes.
The key roles and responsibilities include:
- Provide clinical insight and subject matter expertise to information technology programmes of work across the northern region
- Engage with stakeholders, including the clinical and technical user community across the northern region to understand clinical and business processes, requirements and change impact with technology implementations
- Support the ‘Voice of the Customer’ approach at hA through effective engagement with clinicians
