Evaluation completed of the Healthy Homes initiative, although no direct evidence (whanau perceive an improvement) that there have been changes in the “healthiness of the home” - wonder if small investment in home sensors could give us much more direct evidence of improvement?
looks like a really interesting programme - a warmer drier larger home has so many health, QoL and societal benefits. Imagine a social housing initiative which installed low cost sensor tech to monitor temperature and moisture levels to ensure a minimum environment… wonder what the ROI on that would look like.
