Hāwera Hospital has gone live with the Better Meds electronic medication management solution, with Alcidion. For full details see https://www.hinz.org.nz/news/news.asp?id=585897

When visiting the team a few months ago, I was impressed by their approach. Setting up a complex medical application with some serious (and important) national integrations so that it works well in NZ is a mammoth task, and they have it under control.

Their graciousness when hosting our team from Mercy Dunedin was just brilliant and deeply appreciated.

A very proud project manager! What was achieved with the team at Taranaki DHB in a reasonable time, during covid and remotely was a great outcome. I am happy to talk further if anyone is interested in more details of the Pilot now that we have finished.
