Description:
A solution using Orion’s Care Pathways and Clinical Portal tools to enable an electronic written nursing handover to occur between the ED and inpatient wards. Utilises patient location information from the PAS to drive workflow. Completed forms will trigger a txt message sent to the mobile phone of the ward coordinators.
