This sounds really positive for primary & community care, particularly looking into automation of claims & referral tracking.

And of course the direct benefit for PHOs themselves. May the procurement go well.

Good move, but execution is everything. Joint procurement can cut costs and improve efficiency, but coordination, data integration, and vendor lock-in are real risks. The success will depend on how well they handle implementation, not just the technology itself.
