Our HR team at MidCentral DHB is commencing the planning process for an e-recruitment tool and has approached Digital Services for support. Has anyone on the group been involved in such procurement or done the business needs analysis to support one being set up?

The West Coast and Canterbury DHB have introduced a system called MAX. It’s pretty good still in its infancy on the coast but CDHB have been using it for a while
Waitemata have bits of it already running in the DHB and currently there is a project underway to fill more gaps.
Our approach is to try out building our own solution in a low-code environment with a sound database architecture behind it to fully integrate it with our HR reporting suite.
Perhaps the best person to start with is David Dodds / Greg Garland as they’re in charge of this particular project.
