If there is any technical difficulty or user queries, do not approach the HiNZ conference team for any support with this. They will be loaded with the conference and do not have the capacity or knowledge to provide support.

I second this. If you need a hand during the conference with any eHealth Forum stuff, please simply post in Support and one of the @moderators (many of whom are attending) will help out.

Also note making the QR code public will open ehealthforum up to commercial people in the room so you may want to look at an active vetting process to maintain integrity.

This is already the case. Those who work for software and hardware vendors are welcome to join the eHealth Forum. They are expected to adhere to the eHealth Forum Terms of Service:
