This is an important way of acknowledging clinical informatics leadership. I made it onto the shortlist one year. I still felt like a winner! A good part of the nomination/application is to write down what you do and reflect on your leadership - that makes you a winner too. Take it to the next step and get nominated or nominate someone else.
