Location: Dux Central (same building as the HiNZ Networking Event)

This is an informal event to catch up with fellow CiLN members who you may not have seen for months. It is also an excellent opportunity to have a chat with regional members of the CiLN Advisory Panel about our next steps towards advocating for clinical informatics. It will conclude with a stroll down to Webtools at 146a Lichfield Street for the HiNZ Networking Event which immediately follows.

@gill, @john.hewitt, @MarisavdB, @martin.wilson, @BeckyGeorge, @rowena, @tuboshi, @sonya.morice, @Ricky_Gush, @Mat, @chris.rumball, @rafrench, and I had a great catch up at the Dux yesterday. It was just brilliant spending time with clinicians who are passionate about things informatic.

The HiNZ Networking Event afterwards was also really good. For me, there were two standout comments from the talks.

@shayne.hunter: We need to brag and steal (actually make that share) more.

@BeckyGeorge: When talking, we need the clinical and the technical standing together - and thus reach both key groups.
