Case study and survey about socio-organisational factors that contribute to healthcare technology adoption

Hi everyone,

I am currently completing my master’s in industrial/organisational psychology. My thesis is about how healthcare technology is adopted and what social and organisational factors contribute to the adoption of healthcare technology.

I would like to invite anyone working in healthcare, for an organisation, to complete this survey (e.g., nurses, general practitioners, midwives working in hospitals, physios, etc.). It only takes 5 minutes and your responses are greatly appreciated! Link to the survey:

Moreover, I am now looking for participants for a case-study examining the factors discovered in phase one and two of this research to see if they exist in a real-world setting. If you or your organisation might be interested. Please reach out and get in touch.

Thank you in advance!

just checking - are you also involving the patients in this study?

Andrea

Hi Andrea,

No, patients are not involved in this study. It focuses on healthcare professionals’ attitudes, feelings, and thoughts. Thanks for the question.
