Hosted by the University of Otago in partnership with the AI in Health Research Network, this event will feature healthcare leaders sharing how AI is changing clinical practice, areas it is having the most impact, and how the sector is responding to support innovation.
The programme includes a showcase of leading research projects and a panel discussion exploring ethical considerations for AI in health, strategies to maximise research impact, and key enablers for change.
Looks very interesting. It’s a pity it’s an in-person only event. Are there plans to make it available online too for those of us who can’t get to Dunedin?
Good question @KarenDay . It looks like it won’t be recorded. The Network is mainly Auckland-based, so I assume there will be similar events closer to you - although that does not help with this one, I am afraid!
Kia ora Karen, this is similar to the Auckland AIHRN event the other week (and other events held across the country over the past year). There is a plan for online events going forward
Thanks Rosie and Tania. I’ll wait for the events to swing back to Auckland or for online attendance to happen when the environment is ready. All the best with your event at the end of May.
