API support for integrating HealthPathways into clinician workflows

Apologies if you already saw this on Health Forum NZ but I suspect this is the
better place to post it.

In case it is relevant to any projects you’re involved with, HealthPathways now has two APIs for integrating clinical pathways into clinician workflows and I’d be really interested in any feedback on these, or suggestions for improvement.

  1. Pathway Link API - Lets clinicians access HealthPathways from other clinical applications (e.g. link to related pathways from your problem list in an EHR, or from an e-referral form).

  2. App Launch API - Lets clinicians launch other clinical applications from HealthPathways (e.g. launch an e-referral form or a decision support tool directly from a pathway).
