Have had some ongoing conversations with people about how to improve CDRs in Clinical Portal.
Would be good to have a facility to search the CDR for text (be interesting to know what search engines we could use).
Would be good to add a feature to like documents/items in the CDR - which would allow you to filter/sort content by this (like Facebook - but without the corporate thumb on the scales).
Would be good to then have user settings that allow you to have “views” of the CDR based on the things you look for as a clinician.
Hi Jon. I expect all of this is possible today. We’ve developed Sematic Search capability as you are aware which can be applied to repositories incl CDR.
Next gen repositories incl Orion’s own Orchestral HIP are the foundation for dealing with docs etc and addressing historical data constraints (I’ll resist putting my finger on the scales and therefore NOT insert a URL for the solution detail but feel free to Google Orion Orchestral HIP).
It’s all downhill from there in terms of potential to leverage HIP for different users and use cases etc. All done by Christmas…
