Alternatives to Zoom for delivering Telerehab?

Kia ora koutou,
We have a research project at AUT that is looking at the feasibility of conducting physiotherapy assessments using telerehab. We have been using Zoom, but one of the issues is that our participants with stroke find it challenging to use (even just finding and clicking the link to zoom can be confusing, in addition some people use tablets and have needed to download the app separately). We wondered if anyone has found other video platforms more user friendly? We are looking for an option that offers a simple click to enter a web-based platform, and that works on any device.
Thanks so much.

For a dead simple (and homegrown) solution for just this problem that you can use out of the box, take a look at zui.nz. We are thinking about integrating it with the eHealth Forum due to its open source roots and dead simple interface.

Sharon,

Have you switched on the join from the browser with in Zoom, See this article here

That could make it easier for users finding it hard to join, you do get better audio controls in the app and once your clients have the app, should be easy as.

Also what Jon says

Thanks
