Voting for the HiNZ Board closes Friday 24 November
Are you passionate about digital health and eager to make a difference in the sector? Or maybe you are looking for an opportunity to collaborate with like-minded professionals and to contribute to strategic decision-making and drive positive change. Then why not put your name forward in the 2023 HiNZ Board elections. Nominations close this Friday (20 October), so don’t miss your chance to be a catalyst for positive change.
To nominate someone for the HiNZ board, visit the HiNZ Board election website page and fill in the online form.
(You will need a seconder. All three - you, the candidate, the seconder - must be current financial members of HiNZ. If you are unsure of your membership status please note this in the form when prompted.)
The HiNZ board comprises a mix of elected and appointed members. This year, three elected board member positions are up for election, and we invite you to participate in the online election taking place in November 2023. Election results will be announced at the HiNZ AGM during Digital Health Week NZ 2023 in Hamilton.

Serving on the board is a brilliant way to contribute to digital health in Aotearoa NZ. Diversity and practical on-the-ground understanding of the sector are appreciated just as much as governance skills. I have found it to be supportive and personally highly rewarding, stretching me to explore and learn about good governance and how vital this is for organisational success.
Voting instructions were emailed 2023-11-08T20:00:00Z to all HiNZ members (with the exception of student members and HIMSS reciprocal members who don’t have voting rights).
