User-selectable Avatar Flair!

A brand-new feature of Discourse which was released yesterday, and available to you today because of Discourse’s open-source awesomeness, is the ability as a user to select your own Avatar Flair.

Some of our many Groups on Discourse already use Avatar Flair to add a little extra icon over the top of their Avatar, for example in my own Avatar I’m sporting the Faculty of Clinical Informatics ‘Internal Team’ Flair (FCI logo with black background). All members of @fci-network can have the plain FCI Flair - and now they can set it for themselves (cc @Shelaine.Kissoon you won’t need to do this for them any more!)

Simply go to https://ehealthforum.nz/my/preferences/account and scroll down to the Flair section.
If you see no options it simply means you are not a member of any groups that confer Flair! But we can easily create Flairs for new or existing Groups - you just need to tell us what they should be!

Tell us what Flairs you’d like to see

If you have an idea for a Flair then simply reply below and tell us what you’d like to see. Ideally they should be simple enough to be comprehensible when reduced down to the small size you see over my own Avatar.

Logos work well. If it works as a favicon it’ll probably work as a Flair
