I’m on week4 of The School for Change Agents and have found it really excellent. I’m a bit of an introvert who sometimes struggles with feeling not knowledgeable enough to speak up around clinicians (but I’m good at listening), and yet this course has prompted an internal change as well as a broadening of my skills.
Totally recommend it… I’m also part way through one of the books cited and getting a bit of value from that.
