This is quite a cool development - digital really should be a priority. There are so many things across the various roles I’ve had at Te Toka Tumai (booker, scheduler, team support, PA…) where I can see things that could be more efficient and more useful to both staff and patients if they were digitised, but there’s no one interested in making it happen.
