I found the interview between Rebecca and Lara very informative, and a nice adjunct to the publication of the Informatics team structure. In verbal form, one can get a better idea of motivations and gain small insights that can’t be gleaned from a web page/PDF document.
I’m hoping for more of this kind of thing for the other “business units” (or whatever the right term is), of Health NZ.
