Is Te Whata Ora putting as their first call that we all go to Enterprise level 5 for Primary care? An increase in costs of $50 per ESU per month for a practice from Business Premium.
If so then they need to pay for it quite frankly.
Or are they just referring to enterprise, ie hospital level size? At our practice our IT costs keep going up well above CPI. We invest in cybersecurity with our IT provider. We take it seriously with training in phishing, firewalls, 2FA for remote access, penetration testing with our provider responding to the report. An extra $24000pa for our practice will not fly.
Coupled with intransience on funding in primary care from TWO and its dead on arrival.
