Implementing successful health IT programs clearly doesn’t happen overnight, nor over the relatively short time that our government remains in office. It takes many years of consistent investment. The members of this forum clearly have the vision and expertise needed. What we have lacked has been guaranteed long term investment over the 20 years or so that it takes to implement the systems needed.
