Kia ora Health Colleagues. Exceptional times. Keep up the great work !

Given our need to keep in our ‘bubbles’, is there any mechanism that is being recommended to Rest Homes for family to keep in contact with their older isolated members ? e.g. FB Messenger, What’s App, etc ? via tablets, iPads, smartphones in the rest home ?

Hi Mark, we are discussing this currently - we have 800 residential facilities in lock down and have family keen to connect with their family members who have intellectual disabilities. We already have android tablets in place so are looking at Whatsapp as it uses the phone number of the device rather than an account. Google Duo also does this. Trying to manage 800 accounts is a potential nightmare for some of the other applications out there.
