I work for Delegate Group we do Foodservice software specialising in Allergies and Special diets in Tray line, Central Production Kitchens, Room Service, Purchasing and Inventory etc. I’m just looking at New Zealand and wondering if any Hospitals may want to learn more about what is available whether you use an outdated system or just pen and paper to take meal orders.
